Just as you would in a vehicle's maintenance, you want to ensure your equipment is running at its full potential and ensure the expected duration of the equipment performance. Preventative maintenance is not only to ensure proper functions, but for safety as well.

Service agreements are offered for both residential and commercial customers.

In residential, they are done twice a year (Spring & Fall).

In commercial, these can be done semi-annually or quarterly, depending on customer request.

In the Spring, generally this will encompass A/C system checks.

In the Fall, generally this will encompass Heating system checks.

No, there are differences in air filters. (sizes, material and resilience)

For example, some will offer better protection for those with asthma or allergy symptoms. Please keep in mind, Indoor Air Quality services may provide more protection in these and other types of situations.

On average, air filters should be replaced once a month but should follow the manufacturer's recommendation.
